Takaful myFire
Provides protection for losses to property such as buildings, contents, furniture, plant and machinery as well as stock.
The basic Fire Takaful covers loss or damage to your property caused by fire, lightning and explosion of domestic gas cylinder in any building provided such building does not form part of any gas works. The certificate may be extended to include special perils permitted under the Revised Fire Tariff (RFT).
You may extend to cover loss of rent, architects, surveyors' and engineers' fees as well as the removal of debris at no additional costs to you.
All Risk
All Risks cover is for non-mobile machines, covering equipment against the risk of fire, theft and/or other accident or misfortune unless specifically excluded in the certificate whilst the said machines or equipment are kept and/or used within the stated location of risk.
Due to the wide and general nature of coverage, it is important to clearly state the items to be covered to avoid the possible risk of fraudulent claims.
Contractor All Risk
The Contractor’s All Risk certificate provides coverage for contractors & developers to meet their obligations under contract conditions for civil engineering works awarded to them such as construction of building, infrastructure and other civil engineering works.
The certificate coverage during the construction period for loss or damage to contract works can be extended to include the maintenance period from any cause not specifically excluded.
The certificate ceases at completion of the project and handover to the Principal. The Contractor's All Risk certificates are not annual certificates and as such are not renewable. The certificate also provides indemnity in respect of third-party liability which the Participant shall become legally liable arising from carrying out the contract works.
Burglary
This scheme provides cover against loss of or damage to the subject matter due to theft whilst contained in the business or trade premises. This scheme will also cover the damage to your premises due to forcible entry or exit accompanied in the event of theft.
Money
The Product provides you coverage against loss of money whilst in transit and money kept in the participant’s premises.
Money means cash, bank notes, cheques, money orders, postal orders, Bills of Exchange and unused stamps. In the event of any loss/damage of the money by the theft peril, Takaful Operator will indemnify you.
Group Personal Accident
The product compensates Group of Persons covered should they suffer bodily injury caused by violent, accidental, external and visible means.
Public Liability
The Product protects the Participant in respect of his liability to pay compensation for accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to the property of the other person caused by the negligence of the Participant or his employees or by any defects in the premises owned or any defects in the ways, works of the Participant.
In addition, the product will cover litigation costs and expenses for defense with the written consent of the Takaful Operator.

Workmen Compensation
This policy indemnifies you against all sums for which you shall be liable to pay compensation to any employee for personal injury sustained by accidents or occupational diseases arising out of and in the course of his employment and in addition for all costs and expenses incurred with our consent in defending any claim for such compensation under:
Marine Cargo
This product will cover your goods from loss or damage while being transported. This product encompasses transportation by sea, air and land.
