Option 1 (Call activation):

  1. Call our Contact Centre (IVR – interactive Voice Response) at 03-8230 2222 and follow the instructions provided via IVR to activate your card
  2. Receive a SMS reply as confirmation that the card is activated

Option 2 (SMS activation):

  1. SMS to 66600: AACT<space>IC Number<space>last 4-digit of credit card number
    (Example: AACT 930101141097 3456)
  2. Receive a SMS reply as confirmation that the card is activated

Option 3 (Online activation):

  1. Login to our retail internet banking (RIB)/AffinAlways at rib.affinalways.com. 
  2. Select SETTINGS > Card Maintenance > Credit Card
  3. Select the credit card to activate and request TAC
  4. Enter TAC and select Confirm to proceed
  5. Receive a SMS reply as confirmation that the card is activated
