Check Transaction Status


Check the transaction status in AFFINMAX and see whether the information is as displayed.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your AFFINMAX account.
  2. Click > Choose
  3. Select details and click
  4. Find the transaction in the listing and click on the hyperlink to view transaction status.
  5. If your transaction status has no errors, you may stop here.
  6. If your transaction prompts an error, please proceed to Step 2.

Check Your Account Balance


Check whether the transaction amount has been debited from your account

Follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your AFFINMAX account.
  2. Click on
  3. Choose and click
  4. Select account number and date.
  5. Click button to view your transaction history and verify whether the amount has been debited.
  6. Please refer to Step 3 for further action.

Amount Debited


Do not perform another transaction and contact our Contact Centre (03-8230 2222) for assistance.

If your account is not debited within 1 hour (from final authorization), you may resubmit the transaction.

Verify Your Transaction


Once you resubmit the transaction, please verify the status of the transaction as per Step 2 and Step 3

Alternatively, you may perform payment via IBG & RENTAS.
