Check the transaction status in AFFINMAX and see whether the information is as displayed.

Follow the steps below:

1. Login to your AFFINMAX account.
2. Click
   Payment
   > Choose
   Transaction Status
3. Select details and click
   Search
4. Find the transaction in the listing and click on the
   Ref No
   hyperlink to view transaction status.
5. If your transaction status has no errors, you may stop here.
6. If your transaction prompts an error, please proceed to Step 2.

Check whether the transaction amount has been debited from your account

Follow the steps below:

1. Login to your AFFINMAX account.
2. Click on
   Portfolio Status
3. Choose
   Account activities
   and click
   Payment
4. Select account number and date.
5. Click
   Search
   button to view your transaction history and verify whether the amount has been debited.
6. Please refer to Step 3 for further action.

Once you resubmit the transaction, please verify the status of the transaction as per Step 2 and Step 3

Alternatively, you may perform payment via IBG & RENTAS.
